FAQs

Honest answers to the questions that matter.

Not seeing yours? Ask us at the friendly chat stage.

  • Yes. The pilot is fully funded. You don't pay to take part, and the four week placement is paid at the real living wage or above.

  • No. We designed this specifically for people without a degree or tech background. Curiosity and commitment matter more than qualifications.

  • We're honest about this. The programme leads to a paid placement with a partner employer, and roles they typically recruit for start around £22k to £28k. We can't promise ongoing employment after the placement, because this is a funded pilot and outcomes vary.

  • Twelve weeks in total. Eight weeks of training with a mix of live sessions and self paced work, then a four week paid placement.

  • South Wales. Some sessions are online and some are in person. We'll share the full schedule at the friendly chat stage.
