Yes. The pilot is fully funded. You don't pay to take part, and the four week placement is paid at the real living wage or above.
No. We designed this specifically for people without a degree or tech background. Curiosity and commitment matter more than qualifications.
We're honest about this. The programme leads to a paid placement with a partner employer, and roles they typically recruit for start around £22k to £28k. We can't promise ongoing employment after the placement, because this is a funded pilot and outcomes vary.
Twelve weeks in total. Eight weeks of training with a mix of live sessions and self paced work, then a four week paid placement.
