We're a funded pilot working with local, regional and national partners across South Wales. If you're interested in supporting future cohorts or co-designing curriculum, we'd love to talk.
Ways to partner
Shape curriculum, employer briefs, or assessment so it lands with the people you serve.
Sponsor a place, a whole cohort, or a specific pathway. Every pound is tied to real outcomes.
Community organisations, trainers, and employers can plug in as delivery partners.
How it works
- 01Intro call
A 30 minute conversation to understand what you're trying to do and where we might fit.
- 02Scope the partnership
We agree the shape — funding, delivery, co-design, or a mix — and what success looks like.
- 03Sign an MOU
A short, plain-English memorandum so everyone knows what to expect on both sides.
- 04Deliver together
Regular check-ins, shared reporting, and a proper look at outcomes at the end of each cohort.
Partner questions
Funders, referral partners, curriculum co-designers, employer hosts, and community organisations who can reach the people we're trying to serve.
We can talk about anything from a single sponsored place to multi-year cohort funding. Get in touch and we'll share the current cost model.
The pilot is focused on South Wales. If you want to bring the model somewhere else, that's a conversation we'd love to have.
Cohorts run in twelve-week cycles. Partnerships usually start with one cohort and grow from there.
We track applications, completion, placement outcomes, employment six months on, and qualitative feedback. Partners get shared reporting.
You can see the current partners on our partners page — including funders, employers, and community organisations.
