Common questions
You need to be confident they'd be OK with a friendly outreach. We ask you to confirm that on the form. We don't need written permission but we won't proceed if you're unsure.
A short warm message: who we are, that you thought of them, what the pilot offers, and an easy way to say yes or no. No hard sell.
By default yes — it makes the outreach feel human. If you'd rather stay anonymous, tell us in the notes and we'll respect that.
That's completely fine. We close the referral and don't contact them again. You won't be pestered either.

Yes. Referral details go only to the small pilot team. We never share your name or theirs with anyone outside the programme.
